The fabrication shop of Lefebvre/Foresteel has the equipment and personnel required to complete your projects according to your specifications and design. We have the capability and expertise necessary to work with a broad range of material.

 

 

Our fabrication areas are well equipped for welding, machining, assembling and testing. On site tools include CNC machining and turning centers. Within our welding department, the following processes are closely controlled: FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and SMAW.

Repair

  • With our extensive machine building knowledge and expertise, machining and welding capabilities, we have been involved in the general equipment/machinery repair for the past 50 years.
  • Lefebvre/Foresteel has the capacities and expertise to repair large industrial equipment and machinery. Some of the equipment we repair include positive displacement blowers, compressors, screw reclaimers, continuous casting rolls, hammer mill, turbo chargers, cyclones, oscillators, ASME pressure vessels and columns (R stamp).

  • We frequently provide the following services: bearing and shaft replacement, refacing, rebuilding, machining, sandblasting and painting.
